IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM SITE USE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
11. Indemnification

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Sweetwater County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Equal Housing
All In Realty, LLC conducts business in accordance with the federal Fair Housing Act and applicable state fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap or disability, familial status, national origin, or any other class protected by applicable law.
14. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
